MATERIALS:
2 young coconuts
11/2 ripe papaya fruit
1000 grams sugar
8 glasses of coconut milk
4 pieces of pandan fragrance
vanilla and salt to taste
Ice cubes to taste
HOW TO MAKE YOUNG COCONUT ICE:
• young coconut meat and meat papaya. then mixed together.
To stay fresh can be put into the refrigerator.
• Granulated sugar, coconut milk, vanilla and salt are mixed and boiled together until boiling
while stirring, stirring about 3 minutes, removed and cooled also do not forget to occasionally stirred.
• If the stew sugar and coconut milk and other ingredients was really cold
then put grated coconut and papaya.
• After that provide iced glass and pour ingredients are cold before.
• Beverages ready to serve

Bahan:
  • 10 bh pisang raja, kukus, kupas
  • 500 ml santan kental
  • 250 gr tepung terigu
  • 15 helai daun pandan, ambil airnya
  • 10 lbr daun suji, ambil airnya
  • 1/2 sdt air kapur sirih
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 20 gr gula pasir
  • 2 sdm mentega tawar
  • Daun pisang untuk membungkus
  • Lidi untuk menyemat
Saus Santan:
  • 600 ml santan kental
  • 1/4 sdt vanili
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 4 sdm tepung beras larutkan
  • 8 sdm air
Pelengkap:
  • Sirup merah
  • Es batu, kepruk
Cara Membuat:
  1. Adonan palubutung: aduk, santan kental, air pandan, air suji, air kapur sirih, garam dan gula pasir.
  2. Lalu tuang ke dalam tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata.
  3. Masak, tambahkan mentega tawar, aduk hingga kalis dan dapat dibentuk.
  4. Ambil 1 lembar daun pisang, oles minyak, beri 3 sdm adonan, pipihkan.
  5. Taruh pisang di atasnya, tutup dengan adonan, ratakan.
  6. Gulung daun pisang sambil dipadatkan, semat ujungnya dengan lidi.
  7. Panaskan dandang, ukus adonan pisang hingga matang, angkat, potong-potong.
  8. Saus santan: rebus santan kental, vanili dan garam masak hingga mendidih.
  9. Masukkan larutan tepung beras, aduk rata, masak hingga mengental, angkat.
  10. Penyajian: susun potongan adonan palubutung, es batu.
  11. Siram saus santan dan sirup merah. Sajikan.
